We specialize in building the phenomenal relationship between land owners and developers by structuring land venture agreements.
Heygate Property has provided valuation services to various Nigerian entities, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food processing, property, financial institutions, and government agencies. We have a strong track record in property development and project management, ensuring superior location and design for all properties.

Our Founder
Our founder Kayode Oluyemi has extensive experience in the Real Estate profession, working with both private and public entities such as Nigeria IHS and Spectrum Paint and have held numerous public and professional offices. He have also participated in strategic planning and are a member of several committees at both federal and state levels.
